Here are some general guidelines:

• Flexible Rate: For reservations with a flexible rate plan, cancellations made 4 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Certain discounted rates or promotional offers may be non-refundable. These rates cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.

Special Events and Peak Season:

• During peak season or for reservations made in conjunction with special events, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These details will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Early Check-Out:

• In the event of an early check-out, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.

Modifications:

• Changes to your reservation dates (subject to availability) may be possible. Any such modification may result in a rate difference and will be subject to the cancellation policy of the new rate plan.
