These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your reservations and stay at Elysian Stays, a luxury hotel and cottage provider located in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India (“Elysian Stays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reservations

• Rates and Availability: All rates listed on our website or quoted by phone are subject to change without notice. Availability of rooms and cottages is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed.
• Confirmation: A valid reservation requires confirmation from Elysian Stays. Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of your reservation and full or partial payment (depending on the chosen rate plan).
• Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at the time of reservation. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or a deposit may be required with the balance due upon arrival.
• Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation will be required at check-in.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM IST. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• Check-Out Time: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM IST. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Guest Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: We expect all guests to be respectful of other guests, staff, and property. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise or intoxication, will not be tolerated.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, cottages, and public areas of Elysian Stays. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at Elysian Stays, with the exception of service animals as defined by applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan chosen. Please refer to your confirmation email for specific cancellation deadlines and fees.

Liability

• Elysian Stays is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises. It is recommended that guests utilize the in-room safe for valuables.
• Elysian Stays is not liable for any personal injury or illness sustained during your stay, except to the extent directly caused by our negligence.

Force Majeure

Elysian Stays is not liable for any cancellation or modification of your reservation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elysian Stays with respect to your reservation and stay. Any prior or contemporaneous communications or representations are superseded by these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
